Miley Cyrus claimed the big prize this week, as “Hannah Montana: The Movie” cruised to the top spot with a solid opening weekend. On the other hand debuts like “Observe and Report” and “Dragonball Evolution” where varying degrees of disapointing in their Box-Office performance.
