Thriller Comes to DVD August 28!

Miami, FL (July 5, 2007) — MTI Home Video, the independent powerhouse that brought you Daniel Craig’s ARCHANGEL and THE LEGEND OF LUCY KEYES, will next release the thriller CONFESS on DVD August 28, 2007 (prebook July 31). The DVD will be shown in 16:9 widescreen format, with interactive menus, filmmakers commentary with writer/director Stefan C. Schaefer (Arranged), scene selection, optional Spanish subtitles, trailers, and biographies.
CONFESS stars Ali Larter (Heroes, Legally Blonde), Eugene Byrd (8 Mile, Dead Man, Anacondas), William Sadler (The Green Mile, Die Hard 2, Paul Butler, David Harbour, Josh Pais, Ross Gibby, with Glenn Fitzgerald (Flirting with Disaster, The Ice Storm) and Melissa Leo (21 Grams, Hide and Seek). The film was written and directed by Stefan C. Schaefer (Arranged), and produced by Benjamin Odell and Jonathan Stern (Scotland, Pa., The Daytrippers).
Terell (Byrd), a disillusioned ex-hacker, uses strategically placed spy-cams to capture compromising footage of those who slighted him in the past, broadcasting the video via the Internet. Recognizing its power, and working in tandem with his accomplice Olivia (Larter), Terell targets CEOs, politicians, and members of the power elite. Soon his every action is front-page news, law enforcement has labeled him a new breed of terrorist, and the movement he spawned is now spiraling out of control!
