Culver City, CA (July 13, 2007) – Shredderman Rules!, starring Devon Werkheiser
(Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide), Tim Meadows (Saturday Night Live)  and Dave Coulier (Full House), will arrive on DVD from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment on August 28, 2007.  A superhero for the modern age, Shredderman (aka high-school student Nolan Byrd) uses the computer and hidden camera footage to expose Bubba Bixby, the school bully, for the goofball he is.  Shredderman is funny, smart, and, above all, honest — an instant and unlikely underground hero. The Shredderman Rules! DVD also includes a blooper reel, a behind-the-scenes featurette with the cast on set, and the new music video from Devon Werkheiser – “Super Hero.”  This must own DVD priced at $24.94 SLP has an order due date of July 26, 2007.

Shredderman Rules! Synopsis:

Nolan Byrd, 15, is not alone in his frustration of getting pushed around by the school bully, but Nolan is without question one of Bubba Bixby’s favorite targets. It’s bad enough that he stole and brainwashed Nolan’s ex-best friend, but to make matters worse, he seems to get a special thrill from humiliating Nolan in front of the girl of his dreams. After a particularly embarrassing incident, Nolan decides he’s had enough and Shredderman, his alter-ego, is born. Things turn serious when Nolan discovers that Bubba’s dad is planning to trick the town and to destroy Nolan’s favorite pond in the process. Shredderman is spurred back into action and this time it’s serious.
